β° Please be on time. If you would like to change the duration of your trip, we will do our best to accommodate you BEFORE your trip ends.
β Please return the vehicle in the same condition it was received, with a full tank or over 80% charge and clean interior and exterior. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessively dirty vehicles.
π Report any damage or accidents to Turo immediately. The vehicle is covered by Turo's insurance policy during the rental period, but there may be additional fees for certain incidents.
π Only registered and approved drivers are permitted to operate the vehicle. Please ensure that all drivers are authorized through the Turo app.
π¦ Please follow all traffic laws and regulations, including speed limits and parking restrictions.

π IMPORTANT: Enhanced Autopilot and Full Self-Driving (FSD) Capability are NOT fully autonomous. The car still REQUIRES YOUR FULL ATTENTION WHILE DRIVING. You must keep your hands on the wheel at all times and monitor your surroundings and other road users when the these features are engaged!
β οΈ Using FSD is a privilege, not a right. Use it safely and responsibly. Pay full attention to the road and be prepared to take over at any time. If FSD becomes disabled due to your inattentiveness, we will lose access to the feature and you will be charged a $500 fee.

π« No racing, no towing - Engaging in these and other prohibited uses violates Turo policy.
π« Smoking, vaping, and drugs are not allowed in the vehicle. We charge a $250 cleaning fee to remove smoke, odors, stains, etc. Smoking and marijuana use are prohibited in the vehicle with up to $150 charge for violations.
π« Pets are not allowed in the vehicle. We charge a $250 cleaning fee to remove pet hair and stains. Any damages will be assessed and billed accordingly.

π« Please do not leave the vehicle battery level below 20% overnight. State of charge below 20% while parked for extended periods starts causing damage to the battery. Battery replacement due to damage can cost $10,000 or more.
π«π Please do not force the charging cable in or out of the socket. Use the disconnect button from the car or within the charging cable. Once the LED is white, that means it is ready to disconnect. Charge port repairs due to damage can cost $2,500 or more.
